Return & Exchange Policy
Returns must be received by QUYHN within 30 days of your order’s original shipment date. Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags, including QUYHN hangtags attached. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by QUYHN will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact Customer Care within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.
The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:
- Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date
- All items marked “FINAL SALE”
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
QUYHN reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.
Please follow the instructions and fill out the applicable sections of the return form click here and include it in your return package. If returning items from separate orders, combine them into one package and include all return forms.You must print and send your return within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to be eligible.

QUYHN is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges only apply for the same item in a different size or color.
